This page provides information for stakeholders, legal entities, and law enforcement agencies regarding the formal service of legal notices, summonses, and official communications to CollegeXplorer.

1. Registered Office Address

All official legal notices and summonses must be served at the registered corporate address mentioned below:

2. Mode of Service

Legal notices and summonses are only considered validly served if they are delivered via the following modes:

• Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due (RPAD)
• Speed Post through Department of Posts, Government of India.
• Recognized commercial courier services with proof of delivery.

Digital service of legal notices via email is not considered substituted service unless prior written consent has been provided or specifically directed by a court of competent jurisdiction.

3. Service on Authorized Representatives

Service of legal process should be addressed to the "Officer in Charge - Legal Department". Any notice served on unauthorized employees or local branches may not be deemed as valid service on the corporate entity.

4. Working Hours for Service

Physical service of notices will only be accepted during corporate working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), excluding public holidays.

5. Electronic Communication

While not a substitute for physical service, an advanced copy of the notice may be emailed to legal@collegexplorer.in for faster internal processing.
